NextMovez Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. General Policy Overview

At NextMovez, we are committed to providing exceptional services across our counseling, coaching, and training programs. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring clients to modify their commitments. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

  1. Short-Term Counseling Sessions
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.
    • Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.
  1. Long-Term Coaching Packages
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Clients may cancel their coaching package within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
    • After 7 days, refunds will be prorated based on the number of unused sessions, minus a 5% transaction fee.
    • No refunds will be provided for sessions already completed.
  • Rescheduling:
    • Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
    • Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited.
  1. Training Workshops and Bootcamps
  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
    • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • Non-Attendance:
    • If a client registers for a workshop or bootcamp and does not attend, the fee is non-refundable.
    • However, clients may request to transfer their registration to a future event of equal value, subject to availability.
  1. Dissatisfaction with Services

We strive for excellence in all our services. If a client is dissatisfied:

  • Feedback Submission:
    • Clients should submit a detailed feedback form outlining their concerns.
    • Upon receipt, our team will review the feedback within 7 business days.
  • Resolution Process:
    • If the concerns are validated, clients may choose between:
      • A complimentary session or service.
      • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the concern.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., medical emergencies), clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. We will assess situations on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate course of action.
