Your child is bright. Good marks. Multiple talents. But when you ask them, “What do you want to study?”—there’s hesitation.
One day it is engineering. Next week, it is design. They are not indecisive. They are not lazy. They are unclear.
This is exactly what career counselling at NextMovez addresses. Not career advice. Not random suggestions. But structured decision architecture.
Science-backed evaluation
Market-validated decisions
Strategic advisory

Let’s start with Rohan’s parents. Not the success story—the struggle.
“Rohan is capable. His marks are fine. But he changes his mind every few weeks. Engineering? Psychology? Commerce? We don’t know what he actually wants.”
“Everyone has an opinion. His uncle says engineering is safe. His friend’s parent says psychology is trending. We’re drowning in advice, but our son is still confused.”
“What if he chooses the wrong stream? What if we invest years and lakhs in the wrong direction? What if he realises later that he hates what he chose?”
That was Rohan’s home 8 months ago.
Today, Rohan is confidently pursuing digital media—a path neither his parents nor Rohan himself had considered. Not because someone suggested it. But because clarity revealed it.
Through structured career counselling for students at NextMovez, Rohan explored his behavioural patterns, assessment insights, motivators, and the reality of different career paths. His parents went from anxious to assured. Rohan went from confused to clearer about why a certain direction made sense for him.
This is the kind of shift many parents hope for: moving from anxious discussions to calmer, evidence-backed decisions.
If your child is in Grade 11 or 12, you’re likely carrying something:
Your child is good at many things—academics, sports, art, debate. But good at everything means they don’t know which path to take. Clarity requires ruling out as much as identifying.
Parents, relatives, teachers, counsellors, friends—everyone has a suggestion. But advice without evidence is just noise. Your child needs clarity rooted in their own patterns, not others’ opinions.

You may have tried career counselling before. Here’s why it likely felt hollow:
Typical Market Approach
What’s Missing
The real problem is this: many families receive a report, but still do not know what to do next. The child may get career options, but not enough evidence to understand why one direction fits better than another.
This is where NextMovez takes a different approach.
C3S is the clarity layer at NextMovez. It is not a test. It is not a report. It is a structured 3-session decision architecture system designed to answer one core question with evidence:
“What is the correct direction for my child?”
Unlike ordinary career counselling, C3S does not stop at suggestions. It validates direction through self-fit evidence, career reality, and family alignment.

Uncovering “Who is my child?”
This isn’t about labels or boxes. We reveal:
Outcome: Your child sees themselves clearly—not as they think they should be, but as they actually are.
Understanding “What does this career actually demand?”
Now we test self-fit against reality:
Outcome: Your child understands not just “what I want” but “what I’m choosing to do every day for the next 4+ years.”

Creating “My evidence-backed roadmap”
The final session brings it all together:
Outcome: You move from anxiety to structured clarity. Your child moves from confusion to a direction they can understand and explain.
Important: C3S is the clarity stage.
If your child needs admission planning after clarity is validated, we may recommend GCCS.
If your child needs long-term execution, skill-building, or accountability support, we may recommend CVVP.
But every journey begins with one question first: “Is the direction truly clear?”
Every student’s journey is different — whether it’s career counselling for students, career counselling for graduates, or career counselling for professionals, our approach adapts to where they stand.

This is our core focus. Your child is at a critical decision point.
Through C3S, we help high school students and parents:
Recent graduates often feel stuck between higher studies, first jobs, certifications, and family expectations. At this stage, clarity is not just about “finding a job.” It is about identifying the right role direction before investing more time and money.
Many graduates face this gap. Our career counselling for graduates helps you:

You may be working, but still feel unclear about your next move.
Our career counselling for professionals addresses:
Result: A structured next-move roadmap based on your strengths, constraints, skills, and long-term direction.
Here’s exactly what to expect, from first conversation to final roadmap.
If your child needs deeper admission planning or long-term execution support after clarity is validated, our team will guide you on the right next step.
It’s not about being the “best.” It’s about being structured.
Aspect | Typical Counsellors | NextMovez Approach |
Structure | One test → One report | C3S System → 3-session clarity architecture |
Output | Career suggestions | Evidence-backed direction with roadmap |
Validation | Test results only | Self-fit + Reality check + Family alignment |
Involvement | Student only | Student + Parents + Counsellors (collaborative) |
After service ends | You’re on your own | Optional coaching for implementation |
Philosophy | “Here’s what the test says you should do” | “Here’s who you are. Here’s what the world demands. Here’s where it aligns. This is your path.” |
We do not just give advice. We help families build clarity with structure, evidence, and calm decision-making.

Career decisions are not small decisions.
A misaligned stream, course, or degree can affect:
This is why clarity before commitment matters.
At NextMovez, C3S helps families slow down the decision before they speed up the investment.
Instead of asking only, “Which course has scope?” we help you ask:
One clear decision can prevent years of confusion. That is the real value of structured career clarity.
I did not start NextMovez because I wanted to build another counselling service. I started it because, as a parent, I knew what career confusion feels like from the inside.
For years, I worked in the corporate world and later built a learning ecosystem through Kumon, guiding hundreds of children to become more confident, independent learners. But when my own son entered the stage where career decisions became real, I experienced the same worry many parents carry silently.
He was capable. He was multi-talented. But that made the decision harder, not easier. I reached out to experts. We did assessments. We received reports.
But I still felt one question was unanswered:
“What is the right direction, and why?”
That gap became the beginning of NextMovez.
I trained deeper in psychology, neuroscience-informed coaching, decision-making, and career design because I wanted to build what I could not easily find: a structured way for students and parents to make career decisions with evidence, not pressure.
At NextMovez, we believe no child is lazy. They are often disconnected, misunderstood, or overwhelmed.
Our work is to help families replace confusion with clarity, and advice with structured decision-making.
— Preethi Durga, Founder, NextMovez

Your child moves from “I don’t know” to “I understand why this direction fits me.”
Recommendations are based on assessment insights, behavioural patterns, reflection, parent inputs, and real career demands.
You receive next steps for stream, course direction, skill-building, exposure, or further planning.
Sometimes clarity means knowing what not to choose. We help families identify wrong-fit options before major investments are made.
Career counselling goes deeper. It’s about understanding who your child is—their strengths, behavioural patterns, values—and aligning that with real-world opportunities.
Career guidance is more general advice. “These are popular options.”
At NextMovez, career counselling through C3S is personalised, evidence-backed architecture. Not generic guidance.
Absolutely. Good marks tell you your child can study hard. They don’t tell you what your child should study or what kind of work will fulfil them.
Many high-performing students choose the wrong stream because marks alone don’t guide direction. Career counselling fills that gap.
Earlier is actually better. Grade 10 gives you time to explore options, understand your child better, and make stream choices (for Grade 11) with clarity.
Many parents wait until Grade 11-end, and then the decision feels rushed. Starting in Grade 10 reduces pressure significantly.
The C3S system is 3 core sessions for clarity. But parents often ask follow-up questions or want support implementing the roadmap.
Some families do just C3S. Others add coaching for implementation. It depends on your needs and how much ongoing support feels right.
You absolutely should attend. Career counselling is most powerful when the family is aligned. Your perspective matters. Your concerns matter.
Plus, hearing the insights directly helps you support your child better outside the sessions.
This happens often. Here’s our perspective: even if they “know,” C3S helps them understand why it’s right for them.
Sometimes students discover their initial choice wasn’t based on clarity—just pressure or assumption. Sometimes it confirms their instinct with evidence. Either way, they move forward with clarity, not doubt.
No. Every stream benefits from clarity. Commerce students, arts students, vocational students—they all face career decisions that shape their future.
Our approach adapts to each stream and helps students find paths aligned with their strengths and interests.
School counsellors manage many students and have limited time. Online tests give generic results.
NextMovez offers deep, personalised analysis across multiple dimensions—psychological, behavioural, market realities—all synthesised by experienced counsellors. We don’t just report results. We interpret them for your child’s specific situation.
It can. That’s okay. What matters is that they’re changing based on new clarity, not pressure or confusion.
We often follow up with families, and sometimes we help refine the direction as your child learns more about themselves. It’s the beginning of a clearer path.
Yes. Our sessions work brilliantly online. The only thing that works better in person is face-to-face connection, but we’ve found online counselling captures the same depth and insight.
Choose what’s convenient for you.
Yes. Career counselling after 10th can be very useful because this is when students begin making important stream and subject choices. At this stage, clarity helps students understand whether Science, Commerce, Humanities, or a blended pathway fits their strengths, interests, learning style, and future goals.
Starting early reduces last-minute pressure and gives families time to explore options calmly.
No. Career counselling after 12th is still valuable, especially when students are confused between courses, colleges, entrance exams, India versus abroad options, or future job roles.
However, the process must be structured. The goal is not to randomly shortlist courses, but to understand which direction fits the student before making a major education investment.
Many parents search for how to choose the right career for their child, and the honest answer is: the better question is not “Which career is best?”
The better question is, “Which career fits my child’s strengths, motivators, personality, values, learning style, and future market reality?”
At NextMovez, we help families answer this through evidence, reflection, and structured career reality validation.
Many families search for the best career counsellor in India when they are worried about making the wrong decision. At NextMovez, we do not position ourselves through generic claims.
Our strength is our structured C3S process, founder-led approach, neuroscience-informed clarity method, and deep parent-student alignment. We help families make career decisions through evidence, not pressure.
Yes. We provide career guidance after graduation for students who are confused about jobs, higher studies, certifications, internships, or role direction.
The goal is to avoid random upskilling and help graduates build a realistic next-step roadmap based on fit, skills, market demand, and long-term career direction.
But staying committed to that direction is what creates long-term success.
If your child already has clarity but struggles with consistency, this is the right time to build an execution system.
Before momentum fades, help your child stay focused, accountable, and future-ready with structured support from NextMovez.
